Overview[edit | edit source]
Tripping, talking, thinking, falling. Nothing wrong with me but my head.
First Encounter[edit | edit source]
You spot Lindsey looking lost and confused about something. When asked, she explains that she's looking for her shoe. You jokingly ask if she checked her foot, but she takes the advice seriously and shows relief at it being found. The next time you see her, you ask her about it, but she has no recollection of the conversation. This is definitely odd behavior, especially from her.
Second Encounter[edit | edit source]
As you climb up the Entrance Hall stairs, you spot her running down them. You admire her dedication and abilities as both a runner and person, but that's cut short as she suddenly trips! If you have 5 Strength points, you can catch her, otherwise you'll be powerless as you watch her stumble down yet again. Either way, she'll head off to practice. Maxine, who witnessed the fall, suspects that "the saucer-eyed doll" disturbed Earth's magnetic field and caused Lindsey to trip. You dismiss this as nonsense and go to the Nurse's Office to discuss Lindsey's behavior. She shows concern over Lindsey's symptoms of loss of balance and memory, suggesting serious medical attention. You know that the hard-working Lindsey would never do that unless she was physically incapable of running, so you go with the next best suggestion and make sure she's hydrated.
Third Encounter[edit | edit source]
You offer some water while she's running in the Gym, but she politely declines your bottle to avoid potential sickness. You instead offer to refill her bottle from the Water Fountain, with the promise of a hug as a reward. As you fill the bottle, though, the water fountain suddenly breaks, creating a mess all over the hallway! After blocking it with your hoodie, you can either clean up the mess or run away from the crime scene.
Doing the latter will have you go straight back to Lindsey with the bottle. After she leaves, you remember the security camera in the First Hall and realize the Guard may have proof of you breaking the water fountain. Before you can think about what to do, Kate appears and mocks you for a moment before approaching the fountain. If you don't warn her that it's broken, she'll be spurted with water, a moment you capture with a photo. If you do warn her, though, she'll force you to spurt yourself and clean up the water with a Mop from the Janitor's Closet, which is locked and will require you to give the Guard 2 Doughnuts in order to help you.
If you clean the mess from the start, however, you'll get the mop through the same process and wipe up all the puddles. By the time you're done, Lindsey will appear and make sure everything's okay. She takes the half-full bottle and investigates the fountain. Before you can warn her, she's completely soaked. You hear footsteps coming up the stairs, and she hides in the Art Classroom to avoid embarrassment while you quickly chat with Kate. When you check up on Lindsey in the classroom, she'll be completely naked, to your utter surprise! You give her your shirt to wear and promise to get her her gym bag full of spare clothes from the bathroom. Since you can't walk into the women's bathroom for obvious reasons, you get help from Flora by either explaining the situation or lying about how the bag is yours (if you have 3 Strength points). Returning to Lindsey, she gives her thanks before you close her eyes for her to change.
No matter what happened when the fountain burst, Lindsey will explain that her dad got her a new easel and gives you her number so you can schedule another painting session together, an event you're really looking forward to.
Story Changing Choices[edit | edit source]
- If you decide to listen to Maxine about the saucer-eyed doll, the quest will fail, but The Ley of the Land will be unlocked.
- This option will be the only available choice if you're on Lindsey's Hate path.

Missable Items[edit | edit source]
- If you don't warn Kate about the water fountain, you'll get Kate’s Soaked Photo and put it in your locker.
Missable Interactions[edit | edit source]
- When Lindsey asks what you're talking about with the "missing shoe" comment:
- If you're on her Hate path, asking if she's getting dementia will subtract 1 Love and Lust point from her as she tells you "this is why no one likes you".
- Asking if she's okay will get her to admit that she's feeling a bit tired lately and gain 1 Love point as she thanks you for the concern.
- If you catch Lindsey on the stairs, she'll ask where you came from.
- Saying that you've been here all along will have you express that she needs to slow down or she's going to keep getting hurt, a comment she appreciates but dismisses.
- This will be the only available choice if you're on her Hate path.
- If you have 4 Charisma points, you can ask her where she came from, leading to a pick-up line about her being an angel, giving her 1 Love point.
- She'll also hug you as a reward for saving her.
- If she has 4 Love points, you can smoothly tell her that you two need to stop meeting like this. She'll realize that you're serious about making sure she's okay and will receive 2 Love points and 1 Lust point.
- She'll also give you a kiss on the cheek and hug as appreciation.
- Saying that you've been here all along will have you express that she needs to slow down or she's going to keep getting hurt, a comment she appreciates but dismisses.
- Not catching Lindsey as she falls will give you 1 Lust point.
- If you're on her Hate path, you can film her and give a nature-documentary-style narration, subtracting 2 Love and Lust points from her.
- Calling Maxine's ramblings nonsense will subtract 1 Love and Lust point from her.
- When you arrive at the Gym and Lindsey comments on how you're out of breath:
- Telling her she's not easy to catch up to will give her 1 Love point, believing you to be teasing. She'll also try to return the compliment by praising your Castlevania hoodie, saying that she also likes castles.
- Saying that you're in terrible shape will subtract 1 Love point from her after you say that the only good physical activity you're good at is sex.
- Telling her that you fought a dragon that was setting a trap near her locker will give her 1 Lust point as she thanks you for the protection.
- Cleaning up the mess from the water fountain when it happens will give you 1 Love point. Running away will give you 1 Lust point.
- If you warn Kate about the fountain being broken, she'll gain 1 Lust point as she forces you to take the hoodie off and get sprayed.
- When Lindsey is spurted on by the water fountain:
- Asking if she's okay will lead her to ask what happened. You playfully tell her that you tried to warn her, but she was too fast, as usual, a comment that gives her 1 Love point.
- Saying she looks cute right now while she has at least 3 Love points will give her 1 Love point as she praises your ability to turn a negative situation into a positive one.
- Saying this while she has less than 3 will make her lose 1 Love point as she tells you to stop constantly judging her by her looks.
- If she has 3 Lust points, you can apologize for making her wet, giving her 2 Lust points and you 1 Charisma point as you playfully explain that you meant nothing dirty by it.
- When Kate asks what you're hiding, telling her your disgust of her will make her lose 1 Lust point.
- If you go to Flora for help while she's at school, she'll comment on you being shirtless and explain why Chad can get away with it.
- Telling Flora that you need help getting Lindsey's clothes will subtract 1 Love point from her before she texts Lindsey, who confirms that you can be trusted.
- If she has 5 Lust points when you return with the gym bag, you can tell Lindsey that you like her wearing your shirt, leading to her gaining 1 Lust point and giving you a hug.
- Conversely, asking for a reward will subtract 1 Lust point from her as she calls out how rude that was, explaining that the difference between a knight and a mercenary is "one fights for chivalry and what's right and good. The other, for cash and rewards."
Achievements[edit | edit source]
- If you receive two hugs from Lindsey (one while catching her on the stairs and one from helping her get her gym bag), you'll receive the "Teddy Bear" achievement.
