Flora is the embodiment of an annoying little sister, despite merely being a lifelong roommate. She's a bratty bantering smartass, and she'll tell you all the ways you suck right to your face. She's also a big fan of cryptids and Lovecraftian monsters, contrasting with her cutesy feminine appearance. Her default mood is suspicion and annoyance whenever you're around, but she has a softer and more vulnerable side that she'll show if you treat her well.

Appearance

Flora has amber eyes and shoulder-length brunette hair with highlighted tips, as well as freckles all across her fair-skinned body.

Her Season 1 outfit consists of a purple-sleeved raglan shirt, blue jeans, and orange sneakers. However, upon completion of Stainless Steal, she will instead wear the Scarlet Starlet's Cutie-Harlot skirt, with her shirt being tied into a knot in front. In Season 2, her wardrobe is more mature and professional, consisting of a light gray long sleeve button-up shirt and a navy blue dress with matching flattops.

Throughout the game, she will don many hats and accessories to match the current situation, such as a chef's hat when cooking, a police hat when MC attempts to enter her room, a referee outfit when judging a competition, and a swimming mask and snorkel when searching for her squid.

Personality

Flora loves many things that girls her age do, such as teen magazines, makeup, and cute outfits, though there's only so much she can do to express those loves given Jo's influence. She can be very bratty and rude to MC, as to be expected from their dynamic. She claims to hate all things gross and perverted, especially when coming from him, but deep down, she secretly enjoys it, gaining Lust points when it occurs. This can be hinted at by her other big love, cryptids and monsters, specifically squid-like creatures such as Cthulhu, occasionally letting it slip that sexual activities with such creatures is something she fantasizes about.

Flora is relatively shameless, doing things she enjoys even if it's seen as odd, such as taking her pet squid for a swim in the park or enjoying Maxine's newspaper articles. She appears to get along well with all of the other students, from having the phone number of the popular Lindsey to being the best friend of the reserved delinquent Maya. She also takes her future and education seriously, getting an A in everything and making sure she makes a good impression at her internship, though it's not fully clear how much of this is due to making her mother proud.
