Jo is the embodiment of a tough but caring mother, despite merely being your landlady. As Newfall High's principal, she is stern, mature, and professional. Confidence and experience shine through in her body language, and while she’s not unattractive, she feels no need to show off. Despite her confidence, however, she secretly has a lot of stress building up from all the work. With Flora being the clear favorite in the household, perhaps you could use this second chance to gain Jo's love and respect.

Appearance

Jo has brown eyes, glasses, and hair, which she ties back into a bun. Being mature and beautiful, she has a noticeably curvy waist and large breasts.

As an acting principal who is both professional and confident, her wardrobe reflects this. In Season 1, she wears a brown blazer and white button shirt that's buttoned low enough to expose a large amount of cleavage and even her pink bra (which she doesn't wear at home). Her bottoms consist of a tan skirt and shoes, as well as dark pantyhose.

In Season 2, her outfit is a bit more modest, wearing a white shirt and opened brown thigh-long jacket, complete with black dress pants and high heels.

Personality

Jo takes her role as the principal of Newfall High very seriously. She can be strict to students, not out of malice or abuse of power, but for the betterment of their education and growth. She's a workaholic, with MC commenting how her two states are "working and sleeping". Despite this, she still wants to be there for him and Flora, even if the latter is clearly favored more, much to his dismay.

While she keeps up a persona of a hard-working authority figure most of the time, she'll occasionally and unintentionally let her pent-up stress loose, such as her rant to MC at the beginning of Jo's Day. She also has a secret bottle of wine in the fridge and has admitted to smoking marijuana, indicating that she's truly stressed and frustrated, both mentally and, with no husband or other man in her life, sexually. And yet, she pushes on, maintaining her status as a figure of authority that's respected by her students and peers.
