Overview

Reading in the digital age? Unfathomable.

You talk to Lindsey after breaking the ice with a compliment. She admits to feeling ill lately and is taking a break from practicing to start reading. Since the library is closed, though, she doesn't know where to find any books. You suggest the English Classroom, and even volunteer to pick a book out for her. After fulfilling your promise, she'll find a quiet place to read it.

The next day, you ask her what she thinks of the book, and she praises it, even saying it's giving her inspiration to start painting. With Jacklyn being strict about lending supplies, though, you bring it upon yourself to get something for her. Grabbing 3 Sticks from the Homeroom window, the Gym trash bin, and the bush outside of the school and combining them with a Ball of Yarn from Maya's Homeroom desk, you craft a Makeshift Easel.

At 5:00 PM, you meet Lindsey outside the school and present the easel to her. She loves it and sets it up for your painting session. However, before you can begin, a beaver runs by and steals it! Depending on your choice and/or Strength level, you either hit the beaver or chase after it. Either way, it ends up in the school. You chase it to the Admin Wing, and with it cornered, you'll be given choices on how to deal with it now that it completely destroyed the easel. No matter which one you end up with, the beaver will end up dead, with you collecting its body to hide the evidence.

Story Changing Choices

• If you refused to help Lindsey during Tour de School:
  • Continuing to be rude to her at the start of the quest will cause it to fail.
  • Successfully winning her forgiveness with gifts will re-enable romance with her.

• There are three books you can pick out for Lindsey, but only one can be acquired:
  • Catch-34, a Porno-Political Conflict
  • Atlas Plugged, a Tale of Rails, Fails, and Fluffy Tails
  • Snow White and the Seven Below-Average-Normal-Guys

Missable Interactions

• If you refused to help Lindsey during Tour de School, you'll have to earn her forgiveness by bringing her 2 consumable gifts before you can start the quest proper.
  • If one of the items you give is a water bottle, you'll sheepishly ask for it back once she's done drinking. She'll be annoyed by you asking to chug a water bottle in one go, but is willing to do so because she's so parched.
• When you give Lindsey your selected book:
  • If you chose Catch-34, she'll be a bit skeptical.
    • If you tell her it's one of Isabelle's favorites, Isabelle will gain 1 Lust point while you gain 1 Intelligence point.
    • If you tell her you think she can handle it, she'll gain 1 Love point.
  • If you chose Atlas Plugged, she'll lose 1 Lust point.
  • If you chose Snow White, she'll gain 1 Lust point.
• If you ask Lindsey how the book is on the same day you gave it to her, she'll tell you her thoughts about it.
• If you choose to let the beaver go once it's in the Admin Hall, you'll earn 1 Love point.
