Overview

A deep dive into the unknown.

After feeling relieved about being outside in the open fall air, you come across Maxine next to a giant crate. She asks for your assistance in opening it, and upon doing so, it's revealed to be a diving bell inside. Maxine explains that she found a map in the school basement that shows a hidden treasure at the bottom of the pond. She volunteers your assistance in the exploration, but first demands you to find weapons and armor. Unsure yet scared of why you'd need such things for the bottom of the pond, you decide to listen to her, anyway.

Grab the Fire Axe and Machete for your weapons and the lid of the Cooking Pot as your shield. As for the armor, you call your favorite pizza joint, "Master Splinter's Pizza". When the pizzas arrive an hour later, you scarf them down and pass out. After assembling the leftover Cardboard into Armor with Duct Tape from the English Classroom and putting it on, you meet back up with Maxine at the Park, who is decked in a true suit of armor and ready to begin the dive.

As you descend into the deceivably deep pond, you feel your nerves tense up while Maxine enjoys the ride down. Suddenly, the bell stops moving. The line is too short, and you ascend back to the surface. Maxine tells you to find more line. You ask Maya for some yarn to use, and after some banter, she agrees to leave you a ball of it in Homeroom in exchange for some goat milk. You get it to her one way or another and return to the Park. With the extra line equipped and weapons in hand, you and Maxine take a second plunge into the water.

This time, you reach the bottom and enter a hidden cave that the map points to. You briefly talk with Maxine and then explore the treasures and artifacts nearby. Once done, you try to open the door in the center of the cave, but Maxine is unsure how to get it open nor does she know what the runes surrounding it say. Finally, there's a Locked Box similar to the one you found in Buried Truths or Hooking Up at Maxine's feet. This was the treasure that the map was showing Maxine, but before it can be nabbed, a large, monstrous worm emerges from the ground and attacks the both of you! You're terrified at first, but the determination on Maxine's face gives you the confidence to fight alongside her.

Finally, the worm is taken down, leaving the both of you bloody and exhausted. She goes uncharacteristically silent when you tell her that you were worried about her. If she has 12 Lust points, you can kiss her, let the adrenaline flow through both of you, and have raw, carnal sex in the cave. Either choice leads to you ascending back up to the surface. You're tired after that adventure, but secretly can't wait for the next one.

Missable Interactions

• When Maxine asks for your help in opening the box:
  • Asking why you'd help if she could just tell you will result in a back-and-forth about perception and believing that will result in her gaining 1 Lust point.
  • Asking if she needs help getting her own box open will lead to her jokingly(?) saying she doesn't let just anyone touch her box, gaining 1 Love point.
  • Asking if it's something weird will subtract 1 Lust point from her as she finds your desire to relax "at a time like this" to be disappointing.

• When Maxine says she never jokes about weaponry:
  • Telling her that the sharpest weapon is wit will give you 1 Intellect point as Maxine explains the concept of "crab rocks" to you.
  • Saying that you don't either will give her 1 Lust point as you tell her you "always keep your weapon hard and ready" (her clearly being unaware that you're not referring to an actual weapon).

• If you already have the Fire Axe and Machete in your backpack by the time Maxine sends you to get supplies, you'll comment that you're a kleptomaniac.

• When Maya asks "what you think" to you having some of her yarn:
  • Telling her she owes you one for always giving her a hard time will give her 1 Love point as you two crack a joke at her liking it "long, hard, and slow".
  • Asking if you'll owe her one will subtract 1 Love point from her as you dismiss her claim that milk goes down easier than man cream.
  • Telling her that she can't resist your face will give her 1 Lust point as you crack a joke about you giving her a hard dick in exchange for a hard truth.

• If you try to get milk for Maya from the cafeteria, the Guard will catch you, giving you a detention and forcing you to try a different place to get it.

• If you buy a goat on the dark web, Jo will ask about it.
  • Telling her it's for a science project will give you 1 Intellect point as you tell her you're building an ecosystem.
  • Bluntly telling her it's a goat will subtract 1 Love point from her, telling you to get rid of it. You promise that you will (eventually).
  • Telling her it would be a nice experience will give her 1 Love point as you tell her that you'll use the milk to make cheeses and lotions for her as a way to give back to the household.

• Telling Maxine you trust her with your life will give her 1 Lust point. Conversely, suggesting you should turn back will subtract 1 Lust point.

• When Maxine asks if you know what you're both looking for down in the cave:
  • Answering "the truth" will give her 1 Lust point as she shows appreciation for your understanding.
    • She even promises to share banana pudding with you when you're back on the surface.
  • Answering "your panties" will give you 1 Lust point, but she'll then comment how "the wolf lichen may have carried them away", asking you to keep an eye out for them.
  • Answering "sunken treasure" will subtract 1 Love point from her as you don't know what else you're here for.

• If Maxine has 12 Lust points, you can kiss her after the fight with the giant worm.
  • Cumming inside her will give her 1 Love point. Cumming outside will subtract 1 Love point. Either option will result in her explaining that leaving DNA around will cause a crab rock infestation.

• Maxine will gain 1 Love point if you give the Locked Box to her.

Achievements

• If you buy a goat on the dark web to get the milk for Maya, you'll earn "The Actual Goat" achievement upon interacting with it.
