Overview

Like the stars, love lights up the night.

You feel relieved and satisfied at everything that happened in Dethroning the Queen and the new status quo in the school, but Isabelle seems a bit more down, citing the overall gloomy and empty feeling in the school. You promise to cheer her up with a surprise. Recalling that Maxine had mentioned a meteor shower occurring tonight, you decide to have a small stargazing picnic in the park.

Grab the Telescope from the school roof and chop down some wood in the forest glade with the Fire Axe, your turnout depending on your strength level. Next up is food. You can either buy a meal at The Prawn Star or make a meal yourself with items in your Mini Fridge. Once you've got all your supplies, text Isabelle to meet you at the park that night.

Once there, you set up the telescope and picnic, which she finds lovely, and the two of you talk for a bit after eating. She is thankful to have someone as sweet and caring as you by her side, discusses a fascination for space as a child, and even opens up a bit about her sister. While watching the meteor shower, you embrace the comfort that Isabelle brings you, feeling thankful that she's here in your second chance.

After the shower ends, Isabelle will ask you to be her boyfriend. You can only answer yes if you're currently not in a relationship with another character. After you give her an answer, she'll point out that someone is in a window at the school. You can't see who it is because it's dark and they disappear rather quickly, but you find it odd that they were in the closed-off library. If you accepted Isabelle's offer, you'll both then head back to your house and make love in the kitchen, excited for this new beginning.

• There are multiple food items you can buy or prepare for Isabelle, but only one can be acquired in the quest. These foods are:

Missable Interactions

• When Isabelle comments how the change in season is making her feel down:
  • If you jokingly tell her that she should be used to this type of weather, she'll snap at you for the inappropriate timing, but she'll quickly apologize.
  • If you tell her it's okay to be affected by everything, she'll thank you for being there to cool her down.
    • Telling her it's hard to do when she's so hot will give her 1 Lust point and you 1 Charisma point.
    • Telling her you don't do that much will give her 1 Love point as she assures you that she appreciates you.
  • If you ask if she feels bad about Kate, she'll assure you that she doesn't and gain 1 Lust point as you both agree that you're up to teaching her another lesson should the situation arise.
• When Isabelle says she finally found a decent guy:
  • Asking who he is will give you 1 Charisma point as you jokingly tell her that you Stockholmed her first.
  • Thanking her for saying that will give her 1 Love point as she assures you that you're worthy of her.
    • You also question if Isabelle's presence this time around is some karmic help to better turn your life around.
  • Telling her it's a good thing she came to Newfall will give her 1 Lust point as you call yourselves a criminal duo in the making.
• Different outcomes will occur with Isabelle depending on what food you brought to the date.
  • If you bring fruit, you'll get a short scene of you sensually feeding grapes to Isabelle.
    • You'll also gain 1 Charisma and Lust point, and she will also gain 1 Lust point.
  • If you bring spaghetti, you'll get a short scene of you and Isabelle kissing Lady-and-the-Tramp style.
    • You'll also gain 1 Love point, and Isabelle will gain 3 Love points, as well as 1 Lust point.
  • If you bring a sandwich, you'll gain 1 Charisma point, and Isabelle will gain 1 Love and Lust point.
  • If you bring fish and chips, she'll gain 1 Love point, appreciating the thought of bringing something English.
  • If you bring shrimp and lobster, she'll gain 1 Love and Lust point, showing much appreciation for going above and beyond.
  • If you bring a hotdog, she'll be noticeably disappointed, but won't lose any stats.
• When Isabelle asks you to be her boyfriend:
  • If you say you'd love to, she'll gain 3 Love points.
  • Saying you thought she'd never ask will give you 1 Charisma point and her 1 Love and Lust point.
  • Rejecting her will subtract 5 Love points from her.
