Overview[edit | edit source]

Life is all about deposits and withdrawals.

You spot the Nurse running around with two glass jars in her hand, looking more nervous than usual. When asked what's going on, she explains that the hospital is in need of funding and was tasked to raise money. She's trying to set up donation jars at the school with a goal of collecting $500, but has too much on her plate already between flu season and standard hospital work. She asks for your assistance, and you accept.

Your task is to set up the jars in 2 locations of your choosing around the school. The available locations are:

  • Admin Wing
  • Art Classroom
  • Cafeteria
  • English Classroom
  • Fine Arts Wing
  • Gym
  • Music Classroom
  • Sports Wing

Every hour, money will be donated, stolen, or kept the same depending on time and location (You'll be given hints of the optimal time when entering a valid location). The jars can be moved at any point you see fit, and when a jar reaches $250, you're free to put it in your inventory to prevent more from being stolen. When both jars have $250, collect them and return them to the Nurse, who will be thankful again for your help.

The next day, you check in on the Nurse in her office, only to find her crying behind the bed curtain. She explains that someone broke into her office last night and stole all the money! With the police being of no immediate help and the hospital needing the money right away, you offer your assistance into investigating the theft. You examine the jars. No fingerprints, but you do get a strong whiff of a very familiar wildflower-scented perfume.

You confront Maya about the jars, but she claims her innocence in the theft, explaining that her perfume was recently stolen while showering at school. You initially doubt her story, but she then asks why a thief would wear such a large amount of recognizable perfume other than to frame someone. Conceding, you decide to wait until nighttime and investigate the women's bathroom after distracting the Guard.

To your complete shock, you catch Mrs. L rummaging in Maya's locker! She claims she's just working late due to the new semester, but once she leaves, you find Maya's perfume back in its rightful place. Now curious why Mrs. L would steal the money, you try to confront her in the Homeroom, but you overhear her and the mysterious yet familiar voice arguing. The voice accuses Mrs. L of causing the fire in Big Witch Energy, but Mrs. L accuses the other party of being responsible for intervening with Lindsey's fall, implying that it was supposed to kill her. The voice then tells Mrs. L that she's "not playing fair" and "growing reckless". Before you can stick around to see who the mysterious figure is, the Guard catches you and gives you a detention.

You return home, confused and defeated. You weren't able to recover the stolen money for the Nurse and are left wondering what Mrs. L is up to with any of this. You decide to get some sleep and think this over with a clear mind.

Story Changing Choices[edit | edit source]

  • If you distract the Guard by knocking over Sidney Starling's Cello, it'll remain destroyed going forward.

Characters[edit | edit source]

Scenes[edit | edit source]

  • Isabelle's Gratitude

Missable Interactions[edit | edit source]

  • If you tried to save Lindsey during Dethroning the Queen, you'll think about her when thinking about the hospital's lack of funding, worrying for her.
  • When Nurse asks for your help with the jars:
    • If you have her Compromising Photo, you'll add 2 strikes to the strike book (activating it if it hasn’t been already) as payment, giving her 2 Lust points.
    • If you tell her you’ll help her without the photo:
      • If you're dating her, you'll offer to take her out to a nice restaurant, citing that spending time with your girlfriend is all you could ask for.
      • If you’re dating someone else, you’ll tell her you just want to help her as a reward for all that she does.
      • If you’re not dating anyone, you'll ask her on a date as payment, to which she'll nervously say that she could lose her job for that.
        • If she has 10 Love points, you'll tell her that the two of you can be sneaky and you don't mind the age difference, mentally noting that you're technically the same age when taking your old life into consideration.
          • She'll also gain 2 Love points.
        • If she has 5 Lust points, you can call her out on how much she enjoys being bossed around, giving her 1 Lust point as you tell her that you'll take her out as an order.
        • If you tell her that she doesn't have to go on a date with you, she'll gain 1 Love point and say she'll think about it.
  • If you place a jar in the Admin Wing, Maxine will attempt to stop you from moving "the specimen".
    • Telling her that you won't move it will give her 1 Lust point as you place the jar on the ground.
    • Defying her will subtract 1 Lust point from her as you place the plant on the floor and the jar on the table.
  • If you place a jar in the English Classroom, Isabelle will inquire about the situation. Upon hearing the reason, she’ll go on a rant about the country's healthcare system.
    • If you completed Dethroning the Queen, she'll gain 1 Lust point and reward your fight for a good cause with a kiss on the cheek.
    • If you completed Stepping on the Rose, she'll rhetorically ask why you can't always be this good, explaining that good deeds don't excuse bad deeds, leaving you feeling guilty.
  • If you place a jar in the Cafeteria, Jo will ask what you're doing.
    • Being short with her and asking what it looks like will subtract 1 Love point from her and she'll forbid you to place the jar.
      • You will also gain 1 Lust point.
    • Saying you're doing a kind deed for the Nurse will give you 1 Charisma point and her 1 Love point as she shows appreciation for you being a better person.
    • Saying that it's an experiment will give you 1 Intellect point as you explain that it's a sociology test to see what people will do with a jar of money.
  • If you place a jar in the Art Classroom, Jacklyn will gain 1 Lust point as you explain that it's for charity.
  • If you place a jar in the Gym, the cheerleaders will confront you and demand to know what you're doing in their gym.
    • If you completed Dethroning the Queen and have 15 Strength points, you'll get an additional one as you tell them that this isn't their gym and threaten to move them, causing them to back off.
    • If you completed Stepping on the Rose and tell them that this is Kate's gym, the queen herself will appear and confirm it, demanding a $20 toll to place the jar in the gym.
      • Declining the toll will lock you out of ever placing the jar in the Gym.
    • If you have 10 Charisma points, you can tell them that you're looking for the most beautiful girl in Newfall so she can fill the jar with as much cash as possible.
      • You'll gain 1 Charisma point and 1 Intellect point as the trio fights over who's the most beautiful, with $100 being added to the jar when you leave the room.
    • Going somewhere else will lock you out of ever placing the jar in the Gym.
  • When confronting Maya about the missing money:
    • If you returned her Cat Tail and she has 7 Lust points, you can ask why she has the plug.
      • Saying that you're "not pushing it yet" will give her 3 Lust points.
      • Asking if she's shy all of a sudden will give you 1 Charisma point and her 1 Lust point.
      • Apologizing for asking will subtract 1 Lust point from her.
    • Asking her what perfume she's wearing will give her 1 Love point as you both joke about how your limited brain cells could be unstoppable together.
    • Asking her when she's moving out will subtract 1 Love point after you don't play along with her joke about owning the house now.
  • If you previously interrogated Maya during Voluntary Good, you’ll comment how this is the second time she’s been set up by someone.
  • When searching for a distraction for the Guard:
    • If you have 20 Strength points, you'll head to the Fine Arts Wing and knock over Sidney Starling's Cello.
    • If you have 15 Charisma points, you'll tell the Guard you were getting something for Jo and that she said he was important to the school.
    • If you freeze in panic, he'll catch you and give you a detention, forcing you home.
  • When Mrs. L asks what you're doing in the women's bathroom:
    • Telling her that you were getting something for Flora will give you 1 Charisma point as you tell her that it's "important womanly stuff".
    • If she has 10 Lust points, you'll tell her that you just wanted a peek at her, giving each of you 1 Lust point.
    • Telling her you thought you saw someone breaking in will give you 1 Strength point as you hype yourself up as being strong enough to take the "intruder", who turned out to be the Guard.
