The new color of my life.
One of the items required for taking down Kate is red paint. You head to the Art Classroom and ask Jacklyn about its whereabouts, only for her to tell you that "the girl with the glasses" borrowed the only bucket. Concluding the girl in question is Maxine, you head to the Clubroom to find it empty except a note on Maxine's chair containing a riddle to her whereabouts.
You're then sent on a wild goose chase across the school, solving riddles Maxine left behind in order to find her. If you need help solving the riddles, you can go to Isabelle for a clue. Either way, you will end up in the Greenhouse, English Classroom, and finally Music Room. Notably, the English Classroom will be locked when you arrive, as Kate and Lacey are inside so that the latter will receive punishment for a dare. You can either pick the lock and watch the show or simply wait an hour for them to leave.
Upon arriving to the final classroom, you ring the Triangle, summoning Maxine. After a brief conversation, she will disappear into the Cabinet, before coming out again and giving you the red paint.
One step closer to revenge.

Missable Interactions[edit | edit source]
- When you ask Jacklyn for red paint at the start of the quest, she'll ask what you need it for.
- Saying it's for a personal art project will give her 1 Lust point, respecting your wish to keep the details on it a secret for now.
- If you have 6 Intellect points, you can say it's for a play on the Battle of Edwin's Bridge. This will lead to a back-and-forth about her correcting your details on the battle before it's revealed that your great great uncle and her great great aunt were lovers, giving her 1 Love point.
- Telling her you're here to inspect the pigment quality will have her reveal that that was also Maxine's reason for taking the paint.
- If you have the High-Tech Lockpick, you can pick the lock in the English Classroom and watch Lacey eat out Kate as punishment for a dare.
- Kate will let it slip that she's imagining Isabelle as the one eating her, but quickly yet nervously clarifies that she's imagining the torture she'll put her through.
- While it's possible to complete the quest without Isabelle's assistance, getting it on all 3 riddles will give her 2 Love points.
- After getting the paint from Maxine, you have the chance to ask her a question.
- Asking why she took the paint in the first place will have her explain she was inspecting the pigment quality, even believing to know why the quality is declining. She naturally refuses to elaborate.
- Asking what's peculiar will have her list things such as Crolytes, bearlings, and paper machetes.
- Asking why she was in the supply cabinet will have her explain she was searching for Bloody Mary, as she was rumored to be last seen in the women's bathroom and the drain behind the cabinet leads to the sewers.

- If you solve all of Maxine's riddles without consulting Isabelle, you'll receive the "Riddle Me This" achievement.
