No. At this time, it is not a priority for the developers. A mobile port may appear in the future though!

The domain is owned by Awsome2464, a dedicated fan who wishes to keep the efforts of the original Wiki up and available.

What happened to the original Wiki?

It was removed for violating Fandom's TOS against having "hentai game" Wikis. Thankfully, we've found a solution via self-hosting and can keep the Wiki going!
