Overview

Sometimes, all you need is a little help.

The Nurse laments about feeling like she lacks purpose after losing Kate. You suggest the two of you find a hobby for her to enjoy.

The first hobby is fishing. Borrow a fishing rod from Maxine (on Kate's route, she will be on the Filthy Oar at the Newfall Marina) and meet the Nurse in the Forest. After digging up worms and catching Maxine in the river, you suggest taking a hike in the Park the following day. Depending on if you have a strength level of 12 and/or the choice made, either you or Nurse will sprain their ankle on the hike. You then suggest that she should try shopping to spoil herself. Meet her at the Marina the next day and you'll go to a dress shop to prepare for a date. You can either pick out the dress for her or let her choose one for herself. If you let her choose her own, she'll always pick the Nice Dress. If you choose for her, you'll increase her Lust stat and allow her to try and buy different dresses.

If you choose to join her date as moral support, you'll automatically meet at the Pancake Brothel at 7 PM. Her date with Mr. Brown quickly goes south as he comes off as very rude and uninterested in her. The next day, Nurse considers going back to Kate in order to feel fulfillment. You come to the conclusion that what Nurse truly needs to feel fulfillment is a healthy kinky relationship for her to enact her submissive desires.

Story Changing Choices

• You will be presented with a choice for Nurse's girlfriend.
  • If she has at least 20 Love points and you aren't dating anyone else, you can choose yourself, but you'll be locked out of relationships with other girls.
  • Otherwise, you'll choose Jacklyn, but will potentially be locked out of a relationship with her and Nurse in the future.

Missable Interactions

• At the start of the quest, Nurse explains that she doesn't have any hobbies due to constantly being busy.
  • If you have 6 Love points, you can comment how she's constantly trying to do things for other people and should do something for herself for once. She'll gain 1 Love point at how kind and insightful you're being.
    • If you freed her from Kate's control and completed Stepping on the Rose, you'll claim that part of the reason you want to help her is because you're partially responsible for her current blue mood.
  • Telling her that working that much will burn her out will give you 1 Intellect point as she agrees with you.
  • Telling her that she doesn't need Kate to have a purpose will give her 1 Lust point as you agree to tell her what to do.

• If you completed Dethroning the Queen, you'll approach Maxine about getting her fishing rod, to which she already slipped it into your backpack and explains "you already know" how she knew you needed it.
  • Telling her that maybe you do will give her 1 Love and Lust point as you tell her you must be prepared for anything.
    • She'll also comment that it'll be nice to have the Nurse on "our side" since you never know when a medical professional will be needed.
  • Telling her that you don't will subtract 1 Love point from her as she finds your lack of appreciation for her help rude.

• If you completed Stepping on the Rose, you'll head to the marina to find a fishing rod, only to run into Maxine on the Filthy Oar. She claims the art of fishing is lost on you when you claim that all you want to catch is fish.
  • Suggesting that she could teach you will give both of you 1 Love point.
  • Telling her that the art of being normal is lost on her will subtract 1 Love point from her.
  • Asking if she'll give answers if you fish for them will lead to her asking if you have the right bait.
    • Asking if she knows what's been going on around here will give her 1 Lust point as she assures you that you're both walking on the trail for answers together.
    • Asking if she knows that you know what's been going around here will give her 1 Love point as she appreciates you keeping an eye on things.
    • Asking if an orgasm is still faked if nobody is around to hear it will give her 1 Lust point as she flirtatiously says it's unknowable.
    • Asking if she wants to go below deck and get naked will give you 1 Lust point. She'll decline.
    • Asking if she's caught anything good will have her answer that she's only caught a red herring.

• If you polluted the river in Operation B.O.B., Nurse will comment on the state of the water and suggest not eating anything you two catch. You'll mentally justify your actions from back then as being for the greater good.

• Digging the worms for fishing will give Nurse 1 Love point as she appreciates you doing the dirty work for her.
  • While you dig, you'll recall a more nostalgic time when you were a child and digging up bugs to scare Flora. You'll then consider if it's really a happy memory if she hated it so much.

• Ordering the Nurse to dig her own worms will give her 1 Lust point as she does what she is told.
  • You'll start to understand how Kate could enjoy this type of control, but for Nurse's sake, you can't let yourself abuse it.

• While fishing in the river, you snag onto and pull up Maxine, who requests to be released.
  • If you completed Hurricane Isabelle, she explain that she's searching for her homunculus and the portal to the underworld.
  • Throwing her back in will give her 1 Love point after Nurse gives her a quick examination.
  • Keeping her will subtract 1 Love point from her as she claims that you "disturbed the process".

• While hiking with Nurse, she'll ask if you're okay.
  • If you have 12 Strength points, you'll say that you are, giving her 1 Lust point as you both admit you like to feel "the burn".
    • As the hike continues, Nurse will twist her ankle. As you pick her up and carry her back to the park, she'll comment on her weight, gaining 1 Love point when you tell her she's perfect the way she is.
  • If you admit you need a break, you'll twist your ankle as the hike continues, leading to her wrapping it and helping you back to the park.

• Picking a dress out for the Nurse will give her 1 Lust point and lead to her giving thoughts on the selections made.
  • Picking the Slutty Dress will have her ask if that's really okay for a first date.
    • Asking why she's questioning you when you're trying to help will give her 1 Lust point as she apologizes.
    • Agreeing and saying she doesn't want to come off as too easy will give her 1 Love point.
  • Picking the Summer Dress will have her comment that it's a bit too cold for that.
    • Telling her she'll wear what you tell her to will give her 1 Lust point.
    • Agreeing and saying you don't want her to freeze will give her 1 Love point.
  • Picking the Ball Gown will subtract 1 Lust point as she comments how it's a bit too much.
  • Picking the Wedding Dress will have her comment about how she used to dream about her wedding as a girl, gaining 1 Love point as you tell her she deserves someone who will love and take care of her.
  • Picking the Amish Dress will have her seem interested, but you deny her it, stating she needs to show off her figure, giving her 1 Lust point.
  • Picking the Shirtdress will have her comment it's too casual, to which you suggest it could work for a casual fuck. She'll lose 1 Love point as she states that's not what she wants.
  • Picking the 1800s Dress will give her 1 Lust point as you suggest it could be fun for roleplay.

• When her three dresses are chosen, you can decide if she chooses which one to get or you choose for her.
  • If she chooses for herself, she'll choose the Nice Dress every time.
  • Choosing dress one for her will give her 1 Lust point.
  • Choosing dress two for her will give her 1 Love point.
  • Choosing dress three for her will give her have her agree that it's a good choice.

• If you have $249, you can buy the Nurse's dress for her, giving her 5 Love points as she appreciates your kindness.

• If Nurse has 10 Love points, you internally wish you could take her out on her date, but you reject the idea for different reasons depending on the circumstances.
  • If you're dating Isabelle, you'll comment how you could never cheat on her.
  • If Flora has the highest amount of Love out of the girls, you'll comment how she'd kill you if you went on the date.
  • If Lindsey has the highest amount of Love out of the girls, you'll comment how you couldn't do that to her and must stay strong.
  • Otherwise, you'll comment how she probably wants someone her own age.

• If you choose to let Nurse do the date by herself, you will miss Mr. Brown's sole on-screen appearance.

• Agreeing to go to her date for moral support will give her 1 Love point.
  • While on the date, when Mr. Brown starts suggesting that she's trying to fuck:
    • Intervening will lead to you approaching him and calling him out for his rudeness, causing him to leave and giving Nurse 3 Love points as she thanks you for the help.
    • Letting Nurse handle it herself will have her call out his rudeness, leading to him leaving and you praising her for standing up for herself.
  • After Mr. Brown leaves:
    • Buying dinner for her will lead to her explaining that she was part of the popular crowd in high school, but wishes she was more kind to everyone rather than going along with the crowd.
    • Suggesting you both leave as well will have her admit she enjoyed the previous week the two of you spent together, even if the date was a disaster.

• At the end of the quest, you can choose who will end up dating the Nurse.
  • If you choose Jacklyn to be Nurse's girlfriend, Nurse will gain 1 Lust point.
    • When asking Jacklyn about being Nurse's girlfriend, she'll reiterate that she doesn't dabble.
      • Suggesting to not think of it as dabbling but rather helping the Nurse will lead to her agreeing to go for it.
      • Doubting that claim will give her 1 Lust point after you suggest that it's less dabbling and more delegating.
      • Suggesting it could be an interesting project where she could paint Nurse in any pose she wants will give her 1 Love point.
    • You can choose to stay and watch Jacklyn finger the Nurse or leave them alone.
  • If you choose yourself to be her boyfriend, she'll gain 5 Love points.
    • After having healthy dominating sex in her office, she'll gain 3 Love points as you cuddle and discuss your future.
    • She'll reveal her name to be Amelia, which you'll refer to her as for the rest of the game.
    • She'll choose "lollipop" as her safe word.
